Your membership is a life time membership from the date of registration.
This is a family membership applicable for Member/Members spouse/Children below 21years and Member Parents as well.
We will dispatch the welcome kit and all seasonal gifts by reputed courier service.
The package includes for the complete Family including Member/Member spouse/2 Children {below 21 years}. All other additional members will be charged at a reasonable price.
Yes, It has to be booked in advance especially to conduct Party/Meeting’s/Conferences, only then can we accommodate.
Please inform all lost/stolen cards to our customer care for a new card to be dispatched to your address.
Yes, on request we arrange these facilities with the current available rates at your destinations.

This Membership is Non Refundable yet Transferable.
Yes, this membership is transferable.
You will receive your membership card with in seven days from the date of registration but we are privileged to assist your travel from the date of registration.
All booking are subject to availability. During the Peek season the Booking should be done 30 days in advance.
Yes, but only the member can make the Booking and not the guest.
Yes if you are already a member you can upgrade to the next level at anytime, simply contact us and we will assist you.
We do have a introduction scheme which will benefit you in many ways. Currently we are providing a brand new watch as a gift for referring a friend/relative to Happyclub Membership.
Yes, you can Gift a holiday or membership package to any of your Family/Relatives/Friends.
Yes, on request by our member we would arrange extra rooms if your package permits it and provided such a requirement is informed at least 30 days in advance to the booking date .
